Is re-treating then combing OK?
Always SmoothComb FIRST then re-treat – never the other way around. You only need the RT to go where it was put, not smearing all over where it isn’t needed.

I am very happy with these products.
I heard about Louise Marie from a long hair site. It was one of the links.I have tried many things on my hair through the years. Not always been happy with them. I am very happy with these products.Louise Marie answered the phone when I called. She sounded so happy! I asked her what products I should use. She told me what and how to use the products. She spent a long time on the phone with me. It was like talking to an old friend. She remembers me when I call. She is wonderful! For the product: I don't use as much as my old shampoo. The conditioner is wonderful. I love the huge comb that makes scary shadows. My hair still smells and looks good the next day if I don't wash it. These are very wonderful products. I can't wait to use more of them. The new website looks awesome!! So much easier to navigate through. I have not used the products for a few months and have recently reordered the BTN Duo (I've missed it!) since I have damaged my hair with poor products (all in the name of saving money) and a bad perm. Looking forward to receiving my order. Thanks to Ms. Longhairs for her phone call today and encouragement! I'll send in a report of how I'm doing and any questions I may have! God bless! J
